How Your Delivery Works

To maintain this simplicity, it’s important to understand how our standard delivery service operates.

If freight is required for shipment

Our pricing is structured to cover the entire journey of your order via standard freight to a location with a loading dock. This is the most efficient method and its cost is already included in your price.

Don't have a loading dock? No problem. For locations without one, the delivery truck requires a lift-gate to safely lower your order to the ground. When you check out, our system will ask if you have a loading dock. If not, this essential lift-gate service will be added to your total for a clear, flat rate.

Please note that our standard delivery is Threshold Service. This means the driver is responsible for getting the item to the curb or off the back of the truck. They are not equipped to bring items inside your building, unpack, or perform assembly. Please contact us if you would like White Glove delivery.
